Hi there Diva, I'm new to the Board too and having a ball reading and meeting fellow extensionists. YOU will be thrilled with all the insight and trial and error the ladies (and men?) share with you. The pictures are a real treat, that many post for us to see. Have Fun, and welcome!

Autumn

Hi Divahair and welcome!

Have you ever tried the machine weave (pole weave, Christina method)?  I am thinking about buying one of those things and trying it out on my clients.

Hey metalgirl  No I have never tried the pole method, but I have heard of it. I was just thinking of buying it and trying it as well.

Hey Elvira  I am in the USA and I have a small shop that I run out of my house. I tore out the wall to my garage and I use that and my finished basement as my shop. I painted it pink and I have pink furniture and carpet too lol. I have about 23 steady clients right now, and if I get more I may have to hire some help lol. I do bonded in weaves with Liquid Gold, I do sewn-in weaves, I do strand by strand method using pre-bonded hair. I also do all kinds of braids, micro braids, cornrows, and twists using weave.

girl I know about stress and hair loss! I went through that myself a few years ago, it sucks! Applying wefts with the LG is really simple. You just part your hair where you want to apply the weft and apply a thin line of LG along your part line, make sure it doesn't get on the scalp. Then you apply LG along the top of the weft and press the weft to your part line. It bonds really strong and can last for awhile if you don't apply any oils in your hair. There is also a off the track method you can do with this for a more natural look. you can email me for more detailed help if you like and to tell me where your hair loss is because there are other methods for people with hair loss as well. divahairextensions4you@yahoo.com
