How many grams of monofibre should i buy to do my own whole head? is it 400g or more/less due it synth being heavier/lighter (my first venture ito loose synth x

you could always do a conversion.  what hair and how much of it do you normally wear?

hi kate it depends which method youre gonna use. if youre doing it the prostyles way with pinchbraids id get 12oz but if youre gonna tip it then probably 8oz or just to be sure go for 12oz with that method as it is heavier than human hair. if its prostyles hair then its usually double the length for pinchbraiding. if its loose and not on a weft then take the hair in your hands split it in to two, then back to one bunch and brush it and keep repeating this until you lose the bulky effect on the ends, it then looks more like real hair cos it wont all look the same length.

i actually bought the prostyles video but i cant waitch it cos i cant figure out how to swap my video from long play to short play haha :D

monofibre is much LIGHTER than human.  It's the only kind of hair I can wear without feeling this heavy weight on my head.

i find prostyles monofibre heavier than other monofibres though and its better to order slightly more than less. i am wearing 22 inch bohyme and to be honest its loads lighter than when i used to have the same length in prostyles acrylic fitted. but horses for courses as the saying goes!! lol!
