QuoteReplyTopic: Gettin ready for new hair! Posted: May 25 2006 at 11:38am
So I've been wearing my RK for nearly 12 weeks now.. My new install is scheduled for next Wed.. I can't wait.. Got so much hair in my stash I'm not sure what I'm gonna do yet. Gotta coupla ideas brewin'.. I'm even contemplating braids for the summer months..
In the mean time here's the start of and current state of my RK single drawn hair.. Overall, I love this hair.. shedding has been a little more than I was used to with my EP hair, but it wasn't unbearable.. and certainly better than BSS hair..
Hats off to Jonathan @ Elite Salon Woodland Hills for keping this hair lookin' good over the last 12 weeks..
Current install freshly done – 02/25/2006
At two weeks – 03/11/2006
Two months in – 04/23/2006

ooooooooooo its just beautiful Diva, especially the big waves......and the shine!!! as a blonde that's one part i am always jealous of from all the brunettes is the big shine you get off your hair!
Your hair looks gorgeous! Are you able to re-use this hair? Did you decide which hair you're going to use for the new install? Keep it long!
Thanks girlie.. Not gonna reuse the hair for the next install, but I will examine the wefts to determine whether or not to throw this hair away, or put it back in storage for future use.. Haven't made a final selection yet for the next install..

Pretty hair and pretty woman!
Do you leave the top of your hair out of the weave? It looks very natural.
Thanks Metal.. Yes I do leave some of my hair out.. there is a 3 x 4 horseshoe area on the crown as well as the edges around my head so I can pull the hair back into a ponytail if I want to..

LongHair & Nursie.. Thank you ladies both.. I am lovin' the wavy look myself.. In the last few weeks, this has been my FAVORITE way to wear this hair because it requires the LEAST amount of work.. Not that the other looks were high maintenance, but the work required to get the wavy look is bordering on not doing ANYTHING at all!!!
