QuoteReplyTopic: Jennifer Aniston on Hair Extensions Posted: May 25 2006 at 12:33pm
I was kind of surprised the other day when Jennifer was on ET and she said that she wont wear hair extensions anymore. She said they ruined her hair, and said that it was terrible. Did anyone else see this? Wow, she has beautiful nautral hair... I really thought she still wore extensions.

I'm not suprised at all. She's been blessed with thick and beautiful Greek hair.she never needed extensions except for maybe a little extra length.
And sadly despite being stars, they're stylists arent always up to par.Look at paris and nicole. They keep going shorter(with extensions) cause their hair gets thinner and thinner. The bleaching doesnt help either. But I think most of the damage is from fusion.

You think so? I think her hair is on the thin side. And not all Greek girls get the thick hair - I'm case in point. I got the Teri Hatcher string version (also Greek). And not to be nitpicky, but Greek women are not necessarily known for their beautiful hair - it can either be fine and silky (like mine) or thick and coarse (like my mom). For consistently gorgeous hair, see Italian and Jewish women.
But back to Jennifer. Don't see what's so special about her hair. Now what she's done to her bod with diet and yoga, that's remarkable.

I think jennifers hair is gorgeous.I thought most greeks had nice thick hair from what I've seen and those I've known. And her used to be very full and thick.I chalk it up to shoddy extensions.Even with thinner hair it still looks nice and shiny.
i love jennifers hair color the most out of aspects of her hair, but i cant quite understand if her hair was damaged from extensions and she is not wearing extensions how have we not been able to see the damage......either she is wearing a wig or her definition of extensions 'ruining' her hair is very different than mine

I wish you were right... I'm jewish and my hair is fine and loves to
break! My good friend is Italian, her hair isn't great either. I think
the middle eastern Jews have great hair.

Yes, Greek women do tend to have nice thick hair from what I've seen. Jen looks good to me no matter what......... Brad is wrong!!!!
Paris and Nicole look alot better imo with shorter hair as we say in the uk, they look less like slappers without their cheap looking extensions (for all their millions they should be ashamed!!!)

I am 1/2 jew & 1/2 english... wew what a combo... I know
All the jewish women ( on dad's side ) in my family have thick hair, but the texture not so great ... My mom whom is 100% english has very thick hair & teture is better but still a very frizzy kinda crazy curl...
I think hair type can be judged by nation, but not in an entire ~ how hair is treated on a daily basis has alot to do w/ it ya know....

It doesn't matter. Jennifer Aniston is only 1/4 Greek anyway.
Hair, like skin and teeth and everything else, is genetic by far more intricate mechanisms than nationality, but there are trends within ethnicities, all of which can be debunked by exceptions. That's what makes us all so BEAUTIFUL! LOL
