Print out that picture, and bring it to a salon to have your hair trimmed like it--you have almost the same hair, but the other guy's hair is a little bit shorter than you'res is now.
as for styling, if your hair doesn't naturally flip out on the ends like that, when you blow dry it, use a round hair brush to curl it out. then use a medium/firm hold pomede to keep the flippy pieces, and bang pieces in place, and use some more to mess up the rest of your hair, and you might want to use a little hair spray on the roots to keep that messy look.
