I think the BEST deep conditioner for chemically ruined hair is Ouidad Deep Treatment. It's really expensive, but it will get you back on track sooner than you think!

I can tell you what works for me but our hair types may not be the same. I have short bleached hair that is normal. I use Sebastian Laminates Masque Reconstructive Treatment I shampoo my hair and then put some on and then put a cap on for an hour or two and it comes out GREAT!!! I also use Aveda Damage Remedy Intensive Treatment and Conditioner and they are really good too.

I use Joico K-Pak Reconstructor - works wonders!

I actually had great results with Redken CAT protein conditioner. What you do is spray it on, leave it wrapped in a plastic bag with a warm towel or hood dryer if you have one, for 15 minutes, then rinse and put it on two more times, my hair was transformed after doing that a couple of times just in 1 week.
