yes and no.

i said in one thread b4 thats its like orange and orange juice.
the creme will make ya hair softer cus it stays in ya head longer.
the oil is absorbs alot more faster.
if u want to change ya texture go buy some creme
if u just care about mouterizing ya scalp the oil is good enuff.
 
the same thing happened to me my mom bought the oil i didn't like it so i gave to my sis. i rock with the creme

Tha same thing happened to me too. the oil can be useful though so dont throw it away.

If you read the ingrediants on carrot cream it says that carrot oil is included.
