IMO, I would not use a clarifying shampoo everytime I do my hair.  I only clarify once per month.  Also I use a moisturizing shampoo after I clarify.  I am also confused as if you are wanting to use all these products on your hair at one time.  I would not use a reconstructor the same day that I use protein.

Yes I was referring to using them all at one time.  I do have the moisture shampoo following  the clarifying shampoo.

Thanks for the advice about using clarifying shampoo only once a mnth and about not using the reconstructor the same day as protein. I did not know that.
Thanks

To me there is really no correct order for doing hair treatments. But i have to agree about the clarifying, reconstructing and strengthing treametments. Your order seems fine though.

I agree with the ladies, Clarify once a month and don't use the reconconstructor with the protein.

i would clarify first then, do the pre - poo. to me all the other stuff tends to work better because the clarifier removes so much build up from the hair, so that the hair can accept the other stuff better.

Come to think of it what clarifiers does everyone use?
i like to use the Fantasia IC 100% Pure Tea shampoo to clarify.

I swore off shampoos because of all the sulfates and other cr@p  they but in them. So I just do a ACV rinse once per month.

for a clarifyier i put a little baking soda (like a teaspoon) in my normal conditioner and scrub my scalp as normal. But be careful about the amount of baking soda you use because it can be a tad drying if you use too much

Baking soda, really?! Like how much do you use per handful of conditioner?

yup plain old baking soda... it never runs out of uses. I normally use about a teaspoon in two heafty handfuls of conditioner but it  just depends on your scalp. You can play around with the ratios until you find out what works best for your hair. But remeber you can always add more baking soda so start out with a little.

ITA, don't use a reconstructor and protein treatment on the same day.  That's protein overload!  Be sure to use a moisturizing leave in after your protein treatment so your hair isn't so hard and dry.

And now that I think about it, I'm not sure if I would do a deep treatment the same day I clarify.  Maybe you should split those steps up too, into two seperate weeks.

and whats a strengthning product? isnt that the same as protein?

you could try clarifying once a month. and please if you use products with silicones, ACV rinse or baking soda wont remove buildup from those.
