Could someone tell me what product you can use to get this ''spikey'' look without it looking all greasy?

I think the guys name is Jesse Mccartney or something?! I don't listen to him, but i do like the hair

Looks like he used a matte product to get that look.  Just buy some pomade that doens't have shine.

http://www.matrix.com/products/men/formputty.aspx this product is a firmer hold
i know a few people who use this for those on edge looks( like jesse)
 
 
http://www.matrix.com/products/men/allstylewax.aspx this will give the same look but a lighter hold
 
so just go with the one you like more:)
