Okay for starters, my hair color is a light brown right now but my roots are a dark - medium brown.

I love the color Avril has in these pictures

 
Does anyone know what kind of shade of blonde this is?
 
I don't want to go to a proffesional for this because I'm running low on money right now.
 
Does anyone recommend an at-home product that's going to do a good job of achieving this color?
If you could just give me the name of the product and the name of the color I would appreciate it so much.
 
Any other advice is welcome!
