Hi everyone,
I saw on hairhumanhair.com that they sell links with "grooves" on the inside. Has anyone tried those? Are they any good?
They also sell an ultrasound connector. I know greatlengths use them - if it's the same. How does it work?

What system is best? I'm confused with everything that's around : tubes, rings, linkies, dinkies, keratin fusion... aaaarrrgghh... there's just so much!

Some say fusion is damaging for hair. Others say other things and I don't know anymore.

Please help!
I learn to love and try to understand everyone I meet. I see the rainbow hiding in their eyes.

Since I have been on this board I have learned alot more. Take your time and read and grasp everything. I am still learning and wish someone would say whether they have used either product.

i am not sure if it was JUST the ring, but i did do a microring install with rings that have little 'grooves' in them, and it was quite damaging to my very fine hair.   i did later use a few silicone lined microrings and there was no damage from them, but since then i learned (the hard way) that wefts are better for me personally than individual strands

oh, and i've seen as much matted, broken, and destroyed hair from fusion as i have great installs with fusion....it isnt JUST the method every time

I haven't tried the rings with the grooves inside but I researched it somewhat and I think they are more damaging to the hair because the grooves cut into your hair when clamped. I LOVE the silicone lined rings. They are great, very little slipage and easy to open when it's time to remove.
I haven't tried the connector. Sorry.
