QuoteReplyTopic: indianhairs 'normal drawn' hair Posted: August 28 2006 at 12:10pm
I received my Indainhairs order today, I was a little irritated with the customer service, but very pleased with how quickly it arrived.
What happened was I ordered 18" natural straight machine weaving, and after I placed the order I was reading their 'large corporate' page and saw what it said about the hair that is advertised as 'remy double drawn' is cuticle aligned, but the 'normal drawn' is not.
So I e mailed them right away that I made a mistake with my order and could I change it to double drawn and pay the difference.
They reponded back that day and said I could pay the difference via western union or cancel my order and place a different one.
I repled back that its hard for me to get to a WU so I would like to cancel and place a different order.
The next day I received an automated mail saying my order was shipped and they never replied to my mail about cancelling my order.
So my order arrived today (I ordered on the 20th) so I was very happy with how quickly it got here... it acually could have arrived last week, but I wasnt home for the fed-ex lady, but I'm irritated that I wasn't able to change my order :(
I dont know if what I ordered is classed as 'normal drawn' or not... the hair feels nice, but I really wanted to get the remy hair.
Does anyone have any experience with how the 'normal drawn' hair holds up?
The Large Corporate section you went to is for (just as the description says), large BULK orders.. The descriptions listed here do not apply to the hair bought in their online store, but rather sales to wholesalers and retailers.. There is a different order form attached to this section of their site..
Both of Indian hair Industries websites (IH.com and RK.com) are confusing as all get out.. But here's the skinny based on several e-mails I exchanged with Vanka to clarify what was what..
ALL of the hair on the IH.com website is virgin (un-processed) remy (cuticle aligned) hair. Regardless of whether it is single or double drawn.
When it comes to their sister site (RK Hair Products), that's when you REALLY have to read the product descriptions.. ANY hair on RK's website that DOES NOT contain the word remy should be assumed to NOT be remy (cuticle aligned). To put it another way, ONLY RK's single drawn straight hair is remy.
