Cate on the set of "I'm Not There", in which she portrays Bob Dylan in his younger years. "I'm Not There" is being shot in Montreal.  It's probably a wig but she has been very daring with her hair in past:  Shaving her forhead for "Elizabeth" and a clipper buzz in "Heaven."

I've seen some pics of both (Dylan in his younger years and Cate) and they look freakishly similar!

Right! I guess everyone can see the overwhelming similarity between Cate Blanchett and the early Bob Dylan!!!
