Hi. I'm wanting to get my haircut but i don't know what to do about my fringe/bangs (sorry im english!). I can't have a thick full side parted fringe like i want because i have a "jumpy hairline" and it won't stay, it just pings back. I was wondering if there is another style i can have thats still fashionable for a 15 year old girl but maybe a bit different.

Argh i hate my fringe!

Well there probably is but if you want side swept bangs just put gel on them to hold them and when your hair begins to grow it will eventually grow to be like you want them. As they get longer they stay. I had reguar blunt cut bangs and mine wouldn't stay at first but now they are longer and they lay down good. DONT get your bangs cut really short or if you will want to change them often because it takes forever to grow them out.
