Hair thinning and falling out!

I love my beautiful blonde hair and a lot of other people do to. But, lately, my hair has begun to thin and fall out. I've done everything; stop putting my hair back tightly, stopped using so much hair gel, stop washing it every night when I straighten it out, and only wash it every other night when it doesn't have any styling products in it. And this all doesn't work. My mom says I'm stressed and don't get enough sleep.



Any advice?

Get blood tests for ferriton, hormones, thyroid etc I had low iron stores (ferriton) and my hair was falling out rapidly
