Is there a difference between the kinds of glue used to make I tips and U tips? Are I tips keratin glue like U tips? Or am I way off? I haven't been able to find the info

You need keratin for doing fusion installs or making your own fusion tips. If you are making I tips you can use several different types of glue. Most common are keratin or LG. Some people use latex, Aleenes tacky glue and even a few others. Also, if using I tips for a ring install a coating of nail glue over the I tip really helps to prevent shedding.
