This is an awesome site! OK, I have thick hair with lots of volume. I want to get my hair cut around chin length, but I don`t know if I should get layers or not or just leave it 1 length. If I get layers, it won`t be as bushy, but will it be even more poofy? ps- my hair is wavy.Thanks for your help!

I think that chin length styles are so pretty. I have a bob below my ears with bangs and love it. I think that you might want to just leave it one length. The weight will help pull a little of the curl out and personally I would rather have fuller hair than have puffy hair.

Starmoon, cute name, anyway, chin lenght would be good, go to a stylist that knows how to deal with your hair type, that way they will cut it right. You would benifet from layers but they need to be cut from underneith to take the weight of and not make it bushy or poofy. You don`t want to get the layers on the out side because the weight is on the inside layers of your hair. Bangs would help to, its less hair hanging on your sides. You could also get your back buzzed, its so sexy looking and it would take away all that extra hair and make it thiner. Well good luck.
