It is usually preferable to include a pic for refernce.
 
As for the hairbrush, no idea.  As for how long, again without pics, can't tell, but she has been performing lately in a long, very blonde wig.

Extensions are usually how she gets her hair long, recently it was that scary wig. As for hairbrush, no idea.
