QuoteReplyTopic: Shaved off my waves, CROWN discovery, new start Posted: December 07 2006 at 3:13pm
Aight guys I’m back with more interesting and new concepts
in wave science. You know I don't post ALL
the time, but when I do, it’s about somethin good usually.
Here's what’s happening today. As of late, my waves haven't been
impressing me. Lots of brushing, it’s like they don't even change
anymore. Same crookedness that’s been around in the same places for
months. Crown imperfections like always, I always wanted to try and start
fresh... so at 12:30 AM, I decided to
just shave my hair down to 1.5 ATG. Down
from 3, it was the most hair Id seen go from my head ever. It was more
than after wolfing for a month, it was just a huge ball of hair when I balled
it up. I took a look at my crown, and I noticed something. I have
been checking out white people's hair lately, and noticing the crowns are all
different. This one kid has a double crown, it circles from 2
spots. Other kids have near perfect ones. Some made spirals.
After shaving my hair and looking at the natural pattern, this is what I
saw.
Yes, As my pic and visual aided pic, mine seems to make a spiral. Now I
know a lot of people have crown problems. Its like you can’t make a
perfect circle there, and there doesn't seem to be any good reason. Well
maybe there is. It’s quite possible you are going against the natural
pattern of your hair. Unless I duragged, it always seemed like my hair
would never all lay down perfectly. Now I believe I know why. I’m
saying I'm going to try brushing following that pattern when my hair grows
longer a bit, and maybe you all might wanna too. Feedback anybody?

Actually I have NO waves at all in this picture. If u just look at my head u might see a glimpse of them on top. And I dont exactly like this talking down u doin, Mr. Know it all.. YES Mine was trained before, when it was waving length. But ya see it still seemed funny, just like urs seems funny, and everybody's seems funny. Thats not a perfect circle on ya head and Im doubting it will ever be. Itd actually look pretty impressive to see a spiral wave pattern. But you heard the man, he BOLDLY ORDERED YOU DO KEEP DOING THE SAME THING WE'VE SEEN CLEARLY DOESN'T WORK. If you move that red, youll see your waves don't actually do that like they suggest. Btw, if u shave ur head down below ur waves, its nearly impossible to train ur hair from the Natural way it grows, so mr. "ur spiral looks very untrained", u can go do whatchu do. I mean, we all gotta get over the myths of waving. Some things just aren't true. Its pretty established the whole reason waving works is laying your hair down the way it naturally grows, so why not do that everywhere? Another myth: Brushing straightens out crooked waves, can anybody explain HOW this straightens out crooked waves? THe truth is, it doesn't. Or else all yall who brush 3 hours a day would have perfect circles but they dont. Waving can be a science, not a bunch of myths being heard over and OVER

ha Three Six, we straight, it juz a lot easier to misread a vibe when u reading text and it not being spoke, feel me?
But anyway, basically I'm just tossing a new idea out. I see a lot us have a problem with it, so logically, I'm bringing out a hypothesis based on observation. I have no proof to prove my idea yet, but I guess maybe I'll work on that. Basically I'm thinking, instead of great waves head over then some problems @ the crown like most us got, maybe it possible for the wave to actually spiral out into the circles from the middle, kinda like a hurricane, if u feelin me. I feel there's a lot of potential research on waves to be done. I wish a college would research it, that'd be tight. Btw, do you believe continual brushing straightens out crooked waves? On this subject I'm completly unconvinced.
PS, I see based on ur 2 responses, and 2 copies of those responses sent PM form juz to be sure I got them, u take ur rep seriously and u is for real wit whatchu wrote in them, and I can respect that. Like I said we straight
