Low Cut Waving

I think three six oh metioned part of this somewhere in one of his post but if you want to haves waves with a low cut brush while you hair is low. thats true. i was thinkin bout it the other day. the wave is a curl and if you brush while your hair is high then you will be able to have visible waves when your hair is high. but if you start off brushin low then your curl keeps buildin up as your hair get high.  so therefore you can cut your hair as low as you had it when you first got yo cut. this is really for the low cut wavers.
