I just got the andis SpeedMaster and the Andis Pivot Pro, ima bout to cut my hair but I need sum tips on how to cut the crown(mine crown has thin fine hair) and I have a cowlick on my edge, any tips on cutting cowlicks?(my cowlick goes up kinda, while my hair goes down) -thanks

The only tip I'll give you is to take the clippers back and get a refund.  Then go to a professional barber.  It's better to be safe than sorry.

don't listen to them smh..
i give myself shape ups.
iunno about cowlicks..i get those too on tha edge of my hairs, but my durag helps so i don't worry about it..
anyway.
just take it slow, be aware of where your 'cutting blade' is..
your always gonna have to aim the clippers a little higher to where the blade actually cuts.
just keep doing it.
you'll get better.
don't worry or stress about it.

lineups are much less complexed than actually cutting your own hair.

I cut my own hair. But only in dire circomestances...this wolfing sh*t really helps u save money haha. one cut every 7-8 weels is fine with me

lol yea wolfing does save money. And my tip to cutting hair is get a guinea pig like i have one aka my lil brother i pay him to cut his hair lol. Ifind the cutting easy but lineup harder my hands be shaking like crazy.

Im bouta buy some clippers n stuff, so i can learn how to cut my own hair (IM GONNA DO when i get outa school). So can some1 pm me sum helpfull tips n stuff to help with cutting my own hair. And tips on how to line myself up.

idk how to cut but i've been linin myself up for a while now.
All i can suggest is to keep your hands steady. Are you gonna be using a straight razor?

naw, im going 2 be using the clippers 2 line myself up (like the barbes) but is there any special tecneque 2 keep ya line up strait n stuff
