Some Questions

I been gone 4 a minute. I got a couple of questions.
I have a Diane 8168 brush, Carrot Cream, and a Du-rag.
I have Chinese, Spanish, and Black hair
I was wondering, is it possible 4 me 2 get waves? I seen the peoples on here waves and i really want 2 get at least a little bit of waves b4 school start. Any tips?

how long should i brush my hair a day?
im not tryna rush my waves but could i get an estimate?
and wen im not brushin should i have my du rag on?

I put CC in 2 times a day. When I get out the shower and at night bcuz It rinses out when I do da h20 meth at night.
