dark brown to blonde?

i have an appointment at my salon tomorrow, and i want to go from dark brown to some shade of blonde, i had almost blonde hair when i was a really little kid and ive had blonde highlights when i was younger. i'm thinking it will look okay but im afraid of what might happen to my hair haha. i dyed it dark pretty recently.

my hair stylist told me she could do it but she looked apprehensive. haha im not sure, if someone with any advice and experience with this situation could help me out itd be greatly appreciated. I need an outside opinion.

I'd love to know too! I know from experience than an apprehensive hairdresser is not the hairdresser for a job like this. So I am hoping she found her confidence and did a beautiful job with your hair!
