alot of things could cause it-
not enough hair of your own to support the strands. installed too tight and they are comming out.
not enough glue
glue not hot enough
if hair wasnt prepped correctly before install
what home care instructions did she give you- what shampoo and conditioner do you use?

hope this helps-
on the tips of the hair that is comming out, what does your hair look like? are their white bulbs?

Thanks Tangles,

My own hair is pretty fine, although I have alot of it.  I use Purology and have only washed it once since getting them 3 days ago. What do you mean about white bulbs??

no extensions should be installed so tight that they hurt. that could cause a pulling which in turn could pull the hair out of your head.
white bulbs are at the tip of the hair, its shows natural shedding.
if there are no white bulbs, and if you have your hair on the tip of the extension that came out and the hair looks uneven and frayed on the ends, there is a great chance it was ripped out of your head.

hair needs to be shampooed with a clarifier espicially before any glue is installed.
any good and professional extensionist should send clients home with specific instructions for home care.
i would strongly sugguest you go to her and have her take a look.
it could be nothing and possibly normal to lose a few but not 15 or more within 3 days.
