Hey I was just wondering what you guys do that play sports to make sure u dont lose your pattern playing the sport. I run track, and my hair looks like S**T afterwards. So far, all I've been doing is brushing my hair right after practice ends and then immediately washing and/or conditioning as I get home. After that its H20 meth for the rest of the night. Is there anything else I should be doing?

During football season i just bought a durag only 4 practice and games.. I made sure I rinsed my hair in the changeroom b4 goin out. Just with our league we had to keep the durags hidden (tying up flaps at the back)...I unno about track tho. Just DONT PUT PINK LOTION ON BEFORE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY...it mixes with your sweat and blinds u (it feels like soap and salt in ur eye)

Thanks for the advice guys. Just one more question, what did you guys do with haricurts? Did you just wait until you had enough days off so you could make sure your wave pattern got strong again?

I'm on a basketball team right now, and after practice my hair looks like crap and then I brush all over 5 times with a hard brush and 5 more times with a soft brush and I'm back to my normal self again.
