Natalie Morales had a more conservative hairstyle this morning. It was pretty much one length (just below the shoulder) and curled under. It definitely looked shorter than last week. I think Natalie is at her best with long hair.

The first pick looks like she stepped off the stage of the Brady Bunch...not too fond of the curls.  However, the second pick looks more professional with the straight hair.  I do however like the shorter length!Thumbs%20Up

Gotta disagree Conrad. Natalie's gorgeous, and the first pic with the curls shows how hot she can look when she actually styles her hair. The second is neat but very bland IMHO, not even quite sure what she's going for, and takes her down a few notches in my book.

the 2nd pic looks more like a respectable businesswoman as opposed to the first pic

I'm somewhere in between you guys. I adored her best with longer and straighter hair. I assume Natalie got her hair cut on New Year's Eve, after appearing on the Today Show, or New Year's Day. Here's how she looked on 12/21/07:

Thanks Kramer for both pics of the longer look. Too bad she lost a bit of lenght. Oh well she could grow it back out.

Hey, you guys beat me to it.  I noticed natalie's shorter length this week also.  Gorgeous, long or short.  She is definitely one of my favs.  I like her layered look but I also like the smooth, shiny look.

I guess after looking at the picks again, I still like the second.  She looks very 50's mom in the first pick while the second pick looks like she a sex kitten...MEOW!  She can lick my paws any dayLOL
 
Mind you, the main difference here is the style, not the length.  I do like the length either way, but the shorter one is more preferred by me!

Kramer... Given that I am the first to bash your posts I have to say hats off to you for two great post.  You stated you likes and dislikes about the celeb at hand without making it sound like anyone that liked the new look was off their rocker or that she was now ugly!
