Random, I know we've all talked about this topic before but let me just bring it back up to be clear.  Because I know it used to confuse me why my 2wtg @ the barbershop was pretty low compared to a 2wtg @ home that cant do anything.

Most barbershops use the Classic 76's to do the buzz, and tape you up with the standard ones.

Classic 76 guards also fit PowerLine, Andis Excel, and Wahl Rapid Fire Clippers
I hear but I haven't seen these.
I will also convert the length of the Osters to 8ths of an inch for comparison purposes because it makes it easier to imagine comparing them to the lengths of the home guards that I know pretty well.

Home Guards Standard

#1: 1/8"
#2: 1/4" (2/8)"
#3: 3/8"
#4: 1/2" (4/8)"
#5: 5/8"

Oster 76's

00000: 1/125'' (.064/8")
0000: 1/100'' (.08/8")
000: 1/50'' (.16/8")
0A: 3/64'' (.375/8")
1: 3/32'' (.75/8")
1A: 1/8'' (1/8")
1.5: 5/32" (1.25")
2: 1/4" (2/8'')
3.5: 3/8" (3/8")
3.75: 1/2" (4/8")
