Richelle Carey (CNN Headline News)

Richelle joins the bangs bandwagon. No pictures, but here's her "before" CNN headshot:

I must say, given the breadth of celebrities still hopping on the bangs bandwagon, from Alyssa Milano to Katherine Heigl to Richelle, it looks like this trend continues to have legs. Personally, I'd trace it all the way back to Catherine Zeta-Jones in the summer of 2002 ("where we you when you heard?"), so we're closing in on 7 years. A long time for any fashion trend!

Even though I've been disappointed by certain people's choice of bangs, in general I think this is a really good thing. Any change from the long, flat, one-length hair of years ago is OK by me, and bangs I don't like are sometimes grown out and/or shaped into bangs I do like, so there's always potential.
