great color fix tip

i had used 10 vol instead of 20 vol on my level 8 haircolor.....i used the same kind i always do and instead of light copper it turned dark brown.....i used some clarifying shampoo but what really worked was deep conditioning several times....it opens the hair shaft and lets color out.....without damaging hair....they say volume shampoos and conditioners work well also to open the shaft.  deep conditioning worked for me.  my hair is now a rich copper color and i love it.  it was just 8 days ago i had a disaster on my hands.
