At www.xxx.com I found two type micro rings. One is copper micro rings and another ring is silicone rings. I don’t know which type micro rings is better for hair.

1. it is no any damage to human hair, micro ring, especially micro ring with screw, it always cut human hair if pinched. but silicon ring has soft silicon rubber inside and it can protect human hair.

2. it can solve the problem of sliding of human hair. micro ring will slide down after pinched. but silicon ring has no this problem. because it can hold human hair more tighter.
I would always go with silicone you dont want them slipping and ripping your real hair out too now. Good luck!

the main thing you want is someone who can PROPERLY install them, if they are done correctly you should have NO damage with either one.
