There is no exact rule of thumb. If you are coloring your roots ONLY you can do it on an as needed basis. Every person is different depending on how fast their hair grows.
It is not recommended to color your entire hair each time. In fact, once the hair has been colored it is not wise to only touch up the roots. You can pull the color through at the end but to prevent breakage only do as directed on the box or with the help of your professional hairdresser.
That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger or drives you totally insane. :-)
plz dont do that make it 3 months once If you are using non ammonia, you are using a semi permanent color ... This is actually conditioning to the hair . but its better if u use natural colours
