I know it's in the brown-family but I need the exact shade name or number (#3, #4, #6, #8 ect)

That looks like level 5 and level 6 hair dye mixed together. The color will be neutral without any underlying pigments.

you can even go to sally's and they have swatch books to help you match it up perfect and I agree with the other you sometimes have to mix colors to get what you really want good luck!!! I'd also stick with a neutral base.
