Charlotte Ross has her hair longer than it's been in years. Not sure if it's all her own, of course, but I love the look. Also wondering if she's had some plastic surgery on her face. I've always been a big fan of Charlotte, but not of plastic surgery.

Honestly, I don't care if they're extensions or not at this point. I was hoping her extra long hair days would return.

I think she looked hot on NYPD blue.  She's a very pretty woman.  Way too much makeup and fake hair in the newer picture for my taste.
