Spend a week free of watching any television that time. Television can
fill up your mind with negativity, bombard you with image manipulation
through commercials and give you a distorted observation of reality by
showing you the whole thing that's bad about the world. Famines,
murders, disasters, war, and violence - the list is never-ending - and
news programmes and soap operas are full of such events. Continually
watching that kind of things will reason you no end of stress! Find
some much wanted stress relief by giving your mind a break from this
assault on your senses. Abandon the television for a week and carry out
something more rewarding in its place: Read a book, heed music,
socialize, workout, go for a walk or try your hand at something new. If
you require hearing the news, listen to a radio news bulletin once a
day. But try and avoid them for one week, put back them with something
more life pleasing to the eye. Out of all the stress relief tips, this
is possibly one of the easiest. Try it, make out stress levels drop.
