my hair aint doin itt

aite my hair sticks uP crazy nd evrytime i try 2 get it to lay flat it wont lay flat on my head nd stuff it just sticks up nd i look like a poofball. i was wonderin how culd i get my hair like this guys wit da same exact cut like his hair is naturally curly kinda nd his sides layy flat 2 his head im tryin 2 get dat look . n e suggestions?
