Hey all, I have always had medium brown hair. In december i got a full head of highlights on the med. brown color. It looked good, but 2 weeks ago my friend convinced me to dye it back dark again.
I have been hating it, so i went to a new place today to have it highlighted again. I told the stylist i wanted a lighter base with a partial highlight. What i got was a light-med brown neautral base, with very fine, not very noticable highlights strewn thru.
Now, the look isnt bad, but its not really what i wanted. I am wondering if i can get it highlighted more this week? I just hate having it this way right now.
I cannot go to the place i got it done today, since i do not live near the place i got it done(i was visiting an old friend 4 hours away, she goes to this salon). Do you think it would be ok to get more highlights put in? Or bad idea?
It would really depend on a lot of factors, such as what exactly was put in your hair. If you have lifted already, your hair may be a bit more fragile and I wouldn't suggest putting bleach over it again right away.
