Hey all! I've had a short pixie cut for many years now and my fabulous hairdresser cut it very very short up one side and left it longer on the other. He then made it curl with GHD's. Even though I watched him like a hawk and got him to show me how to do it I can't replicate then effect.

I have a feeling that it could be my straighteners as they are not ceramic plated! (My hair is really really straight I've never need to invest)

Do you think that could be the case? Would I be better getting a curling wand or very slim rollers? I don't really want to spend a fortune on GHD's but I will if I have to!
