She's a British singer-songwriter, seemingly on an upward curve with recent success in the Billboard top 100. Apparently, she used to write songs for various people--including Miley Cyrus. Hair wise she's always has a signature/gimmick bob, but at the 2012 Brit awards she was sporting a new longer do. Personally, I think the bob emphasizes her heavy jaw line and the longer hair brings out her beauty much more.
 
Anything else?..Well apparently, she's bi-sexual and has promised a head shave for charity in 2012.
