hair loss, hair frizz, split ends--my hairs a real mess

My hair is naturally dry, i started blowdrying it 2 yrs ago and i`ve expreienced major hair-loss problems. I also used to use curling irons frequently strands of hair used to break from excessive heat of the iron i actually still have a couple of strands that are shorter than the rest of my hair.
I stopped blowdrying my hair completely now and i want to start treating it, can any1 recommend any product that i can use after showering cuz my hair frizzez, i heard of "leave in conditioners" and i tried a brand called "citre shine" but it didnt help all that much.. i still have split ends even though i cut the ends a couple of weeks ago but i can say that theyre a bit better. My hair is naturally curly but now because of all the blowdrying its straight .
