I know there is a lot of shampoos out ther that add volume to hair...but is their anything that can make ur hair finner and less poofy?

not really, it will moisturizes it and closed the cuticles to make it smooth to a certain degree, you really need a hair treatment at a salon.

protein treatment??? is there any thing i can use at home instead of goin to a salon....my hair is long but it has no bounce to it...its stiff, dry, i mean if i wanted to i coudl spike it up and it will stay afro'ed up without even using gel...thats why in the morning i have to put a lot of gel in my hair to get rid of the dryness....is there any product that u can recommend i buy?
