open the pic in paint then go 2 image then click stretch/skew. u can shrink the pic a lil smaller then save it n upload it again

Sorry its off topic but my sig pic is too big i just wanted to know how to resize it. i tried to cut alittle off the picture where i dont need it buts its still too big. can ne one give me ne help?
