Yes, they appear to be the same. They both do the same thing. Buy the Citre Shine. It`s much easier on your wallet and if you don`t like it, then it only cost 3 or 4 bucks, rather than if you bought the paul mitchell one for 10 bucks and didn`t like it. :)

Are Citre Shine`s Shine Mist Paul Mitchell`s Seal and Shine the same kind of product? Another word, do they do the same thing?
