Is there a beauty supply store near you? If so, you should go there and try something. I`ve always liked Biologe perms, but I`m not sure if you can buy them at a public supply store.
If you go to Walmart of somewhere, they have perms, find one that best discribes your hair and make sure you follow the directions.
How about trying a local beauty school? They perm hair under the advisment of their teacher and it`s pretty cheap.

please which perm can i give myself, i am in good health so is my hair, i tint it once a year. i am on a fixed income i cant afford the salon.thank you! so much
