Well... I couldn't resist. Today I picked up a bottle of Nature's Therapy Hot Oil treatment. (I read a post somewhere about the stuff). My hair is soooo soft! I'm trying to condition my hair to the max because I am caving in and going to color it here very soon, which is something I vowed not to do. I'm growing it out long now and just wanted my healthy hair back, but like I said in another post... it's major withdrawals from this cycle of dyes. Six years, every 2 months. Well it has been 4 months! That's good for me. And now the colors are beckoning me. It's just too much fun. I thinketh I will do this every 4 to 6 months, instead of every 6 weeks and slowly move away from the bottles. Believe me I have no other addictions.

Guess I won't be using these... I don't know why I want to try new products when the ones I am using are great. I have been a product junkie for years and finally have settled on the ones that do a great job. I cleaned out under the sink some time ago and decided to keep it simple for awhile.

Don't waste your money. Go with the real oils like Extra Virgin olive oil or sesame or almond. Try to buy the best quality you can afford and do regular treatments with a hot shower cap or similar.
It sits on top of the hair, and then you shampoo it out. Get a good protein treatment/ maybe protein/moisture combo...depending on your hair type and chemical processes.:)
I would like to know if these products are good for the hair. Can a person overdo it with twice weekly applications, or would that be a good thing? Can they be used in combo with other natural treatments?
