Hi Ildjarn,
It is my general feeling that the best surgical hair transplantation surgeons are probably in the United States (and/or maybe Europe). Probably in the biggest U.S. cities too, such as New York and Los Angeles.
To give you an example, I just picked up my local phone book and looked up "Hair Implants." I cannot vouch for any of the surgeons, but among the ads with websites are:
Where do you think are the best doctors that I can find for this kind of thing? There aren't any that I would trust in my country for sure but I'm ready to travel anywhere to get this done but need the sufficient information before making any kind of big decision.
Thanks! :)

How does that work? I searched on google and could not find sufficient relevant information.
Really? Hmm... well, then you may want to talk with doctors who perform the surgery.

Does transplanted hair actually grow like normal hair does?
Yes it does, because it is (real hair).

Its not that I don't have hair but I don't like my original hair and wanted every single strand of hair replaced with much better hair.
Well, the wishing and dreaming is easy. Accepting the reality that that just isn't realistic is the hard part.

I've heard of the Japanese Hair Straightening system called the Shinbi but then thats not permanent and I cannot keep going to a different country each time I want to do it cause they don't do that out here in the country where I live cause Im from a third world country.
Living in a third world country while trying to "live up" to (the unappealing side of) the hair standards of the so-called first-world.
