I am sorry but there is not alot you can do except wait it out, make you sure you trim it regular to get rid of the relaxed hair, you can try hot rollers or just plain rollers, please don't do a perm!!! your hair is badly damaged from the relaxer and it will be ten times worse if you perm it, you will have very weak frizzy curls that wont last.

About the only way is to let it grow out. Some mild perms may work but you need to be very careful with a perm after relaxing(or it may automatically be ultra short again). So at this point you may try various pomades or a heavy gel type product to help pull it down and make it a bit more sleek. Otherwise you put up with it until the staightened part can be cut off.
I had naturally puffy, frizzy midlength curly hair and i decided to cut it short..ultra short.. and i straightened it too!! I'm only 15 but I had straightened it (permenantly, using the cream and board stuff) 3 times already!!! It's been 8 months since I cut my hair and now it's a little reaching the shoulder, quite straight but not sleek, and still quite puffy... and now i want my curls back!! will i ever get my natural old curls back?? how long will it take???(i dont wanna perm it or anything, because it may damage my hair) and what's the best way to make my hair look good now??
