You should definitely cut your hair for this summer. If you don't want to go too short try a cut that hits your collarbone that way you can still put it up! Otherwise you can never go wrong with a bob!

Hey, I used to have really long hair too. It was really thick and hard to manage,so i cut it. It's much cooler now and short is in.

I don`t know if this is for you, but I had waist legnth hair, cut it to shoulder legnth, then went for a pixie. It looks really good, I've been keeping it like this for a while, and it is really nice in the summer cause it is much cooler. Let me know then what you do.

I say go for a nice bob anywhere from chin length to just below the ears. I am a guy and I love bob styles. Nothing prettier than a girl with a nice bob. I have my hair cut in a bob just below my ears with bangs and I love it. The style is easy to care for (except I have to blow mine straight every morning) and it has movement and versatility. Let me know what you decide.

My hair has gone out of control when summer arrived. Not only is it three inches past my shoulders (very hot) but it's ultra frizzy. It's untameable! Should I go short? How short? (Brown hair, oval face, getting circle glasses for part-time use.) PLEASE reply! And soon!
