Ok! Dont freak yet. My first advice would be to not put it back unless it is an updo, because sometimes putting it behind your head may look odd. A good thing for pictures are putting it in rollers, and giving it a curly look. Dont brush or comb through it; just use your fingers to style. Let it be poofy and hairspray it; once you get there it will have calmed down, and you will still be able to see the curls! :)

My theory is don't ever do anything too drastic, that you wouldn't do on a normal basis. A few extra waves or shine is a fine idea, but just dont make it all curly(if your hair is not usually) or put it up in some weird, overdone way. You want people to recognize you, so just stick to your natural style, but more manicured.

Hello!

For that day, you can get up a bit earlier and add curls. I like using a curling iron, but you can try hot rollers. If you don't use the rollers regularly, and you're only doing this look for a picture, go w/ the curling iron. It might be difficult to separate the hair evenly (w/ rollers).
Before you begin to curl the hair (if you're using an iron), pull some of the hair back, maybe w/ baby barrettes or little clips (like butterflies).

Best wishes,
Catia
