I''''ve been trying to get access to my account (after a browser crash), but have been unable to get my password emailed to me. The utility that''''s supposed to do it gives me the following error:

Java Exception error ''''80004005''''

java.lang.Exception: 503 HELO/EHLO not received.

I tried to post this on the correct board, but it is closed. I can''''t even reregister under a different name unless I get a new email address. And unless I''''m logged in, I can''''t email any moderators to get help.
