You should go for a red colour of highlights or burgundy...(if you wanna go crazy, green or blue). Don`t go blond if you don`t want them to stick out and be noticed.
Inches don`t matter

I have natural black colored hair.
It is past my shoulders, anyway I was wondering if
highlights look good in Black colored hair?
And also what color I should highlight?
I don`t want my highlights to stand out to much but I want people to be able to see them.
